Due to the nature of fine art and custom fulfillment, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Each piece is created, packaged, and shipped with the highest quality standards to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact info@knowledgebennett.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and item, along with your order number. We’ll review the situation promptly and work toward a resolution, such as repair, replacement, or claim with the shipping carrier.

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue at no additional cost.
