Order Processing

Each order is processed individually. Because artworks are made to order or carefully packaged for shipment, please allow adequate time for handling and preparation. Order processing may take up to 4-6 weeks.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please email info@knowledgebennett.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and your order details. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
